Elrazi Medical University is a specialised medical university that is located in Kano. The institution is the first of its kind to be established in the whole northern region of Nigeria.
Elrazi Medical University was founded by Professor Adamu Abubakar Gwarzo in 2023 following the university’s approval from the National Universities Commission (NUC) and the Federal Government of Nigeria.
Elrazi Medical University was an institution that was birthed out of a partnership that existed between Elrazi University, which is located in Sudan, and Queen Science Academy, which has been serving as a girl boarding school since 2005. It was this partnership that gave birth to the newly established Elrazi Medical University in 2023.
