Kano State Polytechnic wishes to inform all prospective candidates that the 2025/2026 academic session Physical Admission Screening Exercise for Higher National Diploma (HND), National Diploma (ND), and Nigeria Certificate in Education (NCE Technical) programmes has been scheduled to commence on Thursday, November 13, 2025, by 10:00 a.m.
Venue: Academic Department, Central Administration, BUK Road, Kano.
Screening Requirements
All applicants are required to come to the screening venue with the following documents:

Declaration of Age or Birth Certificate

NIN Slip
-
O’Level Result (WAEC, NECO, or NABTEB)
-
JAMB Registration Slip
-
JAMB Result Printout
-
Change of Institution Slip (Green Card)
-
Evidence of O’Level Upload on JAMB Portal
-
Two (2) Copies of Screening Slips
Note: Candidates are also advised to come along with the NECO and WAEC CBT App, JAMB CBT App, and JAMB CBT Software for reference and preparation purposes.
Screening Schedule
The screening exercise will hold twice weekly (Wednesdays and Thursdays) from 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
Screening will be conducted on a first-come, first-served basis. Candidates are expected to write down their names in the attendance register upon arrival and await roll call.
Important Notice to Candidates

Candidates must conduct themselves decently and maturely during the screening process.

Only those who meet the screening requirements will be considered for admission.

Early attendance is advised, as screening will be conducted in batches.
